Privacy Policy

Information you give us

When you request an estimate we collect:

• Your name, phone number and email address
• Project details: service type, city, ZIP code, project type and your description
• Any photos you choose to upload
• Whether you chose to receive marketing emails, and when

Information collected automatically

• Spam protection. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a real person is submitting the form. Your IP address is used briefly to limit repeated submissions; we don't store it with your request.

How we use your information

• To review your request, contact you, prepare an estimate and provide the services you ask for
• To send you a confirmation that we received your request
• To keep business records and meet our legal, tax and licensing obligations
• To send marketing emails — only if you opted in (see below)

Marketing emails

Marketing emails are optional and separate from emails about your request. We send them only if you check the marketing box on our estimate form; submitting a request alone never signs you up. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, or you can email admin@deltaphaseelectric.com. Unsubscribing doesn't affect emails about a request or job you have with us.

Text messages

Submitting the website form does not sign you up for text messages. We may send our own staff an internal text alert that a new request arrived; it does not include your contact details or project description.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or share your personal information, and we don't use it for targeted advertising. We use service providers that process information on our behalf only to run this website and our business:

• Vercel — website hosting
• Neon — secure database for estimate requests
• Resend — email delivery
• Cloudflare — spam protection
• Telnyx — internal staff text alerts

We may also disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep estimate requests and related records for as long as we need them to respond, provide services, and meet legal, tax and licensing requirements, then delete them. We keep a record of marketing consent and unsubscribes so we can honor your choice.

Your California privacy rights

California residents may ask to know what personal information we hold about them, to correct it, or to delete it, and may opt out of marketing at any time. We won't treat you differently for using these rights. To make a request, email admin@deltaphaseelectric.com or call (323) 501-8441; we may need to verify your identity first.

Security

Information is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored with access limited to our staff and the providers above. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send sensitive information such as payment card or Social Security numbers through the form.

Children

This website is intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update it here with a new effective date.
